Google just launched its latest addition to the Google Voice feature, which allows you to make calls to phones over Gmail.
Making calls to the U.S. and Canada will be free of charge, at least until the end of the year, while calls to other countries can be made at low rates–dialing U.K., France, Germany, China, Japan and others will cost as little as $.02/minute.
